An Otolaryngologist (ENT) diagnoses and treats all conditions related to the ears, nose, throat and neck – the whole face. Facial plastic surgery is an important part of Otolaryngology. It is typically divided into two categories: Reconstructive and Cosmetic.

Plastic Surgery is performed to improve conditions that a patient is typically born with, such as cleft lip and palate, protruding ears, etc. Reconstructive plastic surgery can also be performed as a result of an accident or any sort of trauma.

Cosmetic Facial Plastic Surgery is performed to enhance the visual appearance of facial structures and features. Non-surgical cosmetic procedures include injectables such as Botox®, Juvederm®, Kybella®, etc.
