Dr. Cooper worked as a firefighter and paramedic before and while completing medical school at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport. Prior to his medical degree, he earned his bachelor’s degree at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana.
He finished his medical training with a residency at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, and a fellowship in advanced otology at the same institution.
Dr. Cooper is board-eligible with the American Board of Otolaryngology and has published numerous studies in prestigious medical journals. He holds medical licenses in North Carolina and Louisiana. Dr. Cooper enjoys helping his patients find relief from allergies, sleep disorders, hearing loss, ear infections, and other conditions that affect the ear, nose, throat, head, or neck.
