I had a great experience with Dr. Sorrel. He truly took the time to listen to my concerns and was very thorough during the exam. He created a detailed plan, clearly explained everything, and provided helpful information along with the appropriate medication. His staff was also incredibly accommodating and caring throughout the visit. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing ENT care.

I purchased new hearing aides to replace old ones. I had been putting off because of cost. I felt they worked with me to get what I needed at lowest cost. So very happy with my new hearing aides with bluetooth and interact with my phone!!!

Dr. Cooper is an amazing doctor, has an awesome bedside manner and he listens to your concerns. I recently had ear surgery and he called me himself to check on me and reiterated what he told me after the surgery. I was blown away. It has been a very long time since a doctor has shown this much concern for a patient. This used to happen all the time after surgery but I guess times have changed.

Dr. Sorrel and his team at the SLENT Covington office have been absolutely amazing with my elderly mother, who is very hard of hearing. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. The office is clean ,comfortable and at a great location for us.
Dr. Sorrel has shown so much patience and kindness - he speaks clearly, takes his time, and makes sure my mom understands everything, never making her feel rushed or dismissed. It’s rare to find a doctor who connects so well with elderly patients, especially those with hearing challenges.
What’s even more heartwarming is how much my mom actually looks forward to her appointments - something I never thought I’d say! The care she’s received has made a real difference in her comfort and confidence.
We’re so grateful for the excellent care and highly recommend Dr. Sorrel and his Covington team to anyone looking for an ENT who truly goes above and beyond.

Dr. Sorrel is truly outstanding! I was dealing with a very painful ear infection and was so grateful he was able to get me in the same day. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and started treatment right away.
What really stood out was his follow-up - he personally checked in with me afterward to make sure the treatment was working and that I was feeling better. That kind of care and attention is rare and deeply appreciated.
I highly recommend Dr. Sorrel for anyone in need of an ENT. Professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to his patients’ well-being.

I can't thank Dr. Connolly enough for the incredible care and support I received during my treatment for sleep apnea. From my first consultation, he took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explain my diagnosis clearly, and walk me through the CPAP process.
Since starting CPAP therapy, my sleep has dramatically improved. I'm waking up feeling more rested, my energy levels are better throughout the day, and my overall quality of life has gone up. It’s made a huge difference.

Sinus Surgery Game-Changer- So Grateful for Dr. Guillot!
At 56 years old, I had never had any type of surgery before - and I had always said I would never do sinus surgery. But after years of suffering with awful sinus headaches, pressure, allergies, and recurrent sinus infections, I finally decided to explore my options. I'm so thankful I found Dr. Guillot. From the very beginning, he made me feel completely at ease. He took the time to walk me through the entire process, answered all of my questions with patience and clarity, and never made me feel rushed. I felt truly cared for and confident in his expertise. The surgery itself was incredibly smooth, and my recovery was much easier than I ever imagined. I only wish I had done this years ago - but I'm also glad I waited until I found the right doctor. If you are on the fence about sinus surgery, I can honestly say it was one of the best decision I've made for my health. Dr, Guillot is an outstanding ENT, and I can't recommend him highly enough!

Dr. Guillot showed a great deal of patience and compassion in dealing with me as a patient. He is is the epitome of professionalism, with a genuine smile and sincerity. He was very proactive in treating my condition where other doctors had chosen not to treat, considering it non-life threatening. However, it was highly treatable, and important to my quality of life. For that I am truly thankful.
